Laura Chapdelaine was absolutely wonderful to work with - from the test drive experience where she really went over all the different cars' cool featu Laura Chapdelaine was absolutely wonderful to work with - from the test drive experience where she really went over all the different cars' cool features on some funky back roads, to the extra steps she took on her own time to help me sync and customize my car's audio system after I purchased. I went with a 2012 Ford Focus, a good price, low mileage, she helped me above and beyond with my unique trade-in situation, and the folks at Brattleboro Suburu got a great deal for me on the financing. They made it all seem easy. Everyone there was very pleasant to interact with, very kind and helpful. I especially appreciated that Laura is so trustworthy, so down to earth, and didn't use any of those old cliche "high pressure sales tactics." Just a great experience all round. I would buy all my future cars from Laura especially, and I recommend her and Suburu very highly!! - Jen More

He was very personable Buying a preowned Subaru Impreza at Brattleboro Subaru was hassle-free and painless thanks mainly to sales rep, Zakk Griffin. He was very personable and overly accommodating, making sure my new car was configured just the way I wanted. This was no mean task given that the service crew was up to their eyeballs in a sudden flurry of Takata airbag recalls. In spite of that they found time to bring the car up to spec (new tires, oil change, etc.) and take care of the small handful of items on my wish list. In the end, I drove away in the exact car I wanted at a fair price, and Zakk made it happen. All of the folks I dealt with at Brattleboro Suburu were pleasant and professional, and they jumped through hoops to make sure I walked out of there a satisfied customer. Great dealership. Highly recommend. More

Above and beyond! My wife and I worked with Zakk on the purchase of a 2019 Forester.
