They know their stuff..........when they say the work will take an hour and a half, it takes an hour and a half.....basically to the exact minute! Very thorough explaining service work to be done and upfront about cost, etc. These people should offer training seminars to other service departments. More

Car buying We went to Brattleboro Subaru to test drive a new Forester. After setting up a meeting time, we were met by a couple of folks when we arrived. After a short test drive, we knew were going to buy the car. After a big of haggling with Luke (sales mgr.), we arrived at a deal which we would complete the next day. Not only were these folks nice to deal with, but they had answers to our concerns and a willingness to listen. We are glad we went there. More

Very friendly and accomodating! These guys are super friendly! I needed my oil changed and a code read from the diagnostics. I brought my 13 month old lil girl with me. They offered us a loaner vehicle in case she became uneasy. She did fine, and they kept me updated on the progress. They were also very efficient. Thanks to the nice lady at the service desk:) More

Great dealership for buying and service My salesman John Mclean is the man! Hooked me up a couple years back with an awesome crosstrek and he still reaches out and checks up on us. Nate in My salesman John Mclean is the man! Hooked me up a couple years back with an awesome crosstrek and he still reaches out and checks up on us. Nate in service made my hitch and oil change appt a breeze took a loaner out and had lunch. Car was ready before most other dealers could even do a oil change and I had a hitch installed to boot. Bratt Subaru is where we’ll be going when we trade up for a new model in a few years. Keep it up guys! More
