Beyond expectations Nate in the Service Department of Brattleboro Subaru made certain that our Subaru Outback got some critical work done under warranty. I had brought the car in for an oil change at 99,000 miles, and was not aware of a number of issues with the car. Nate went after these items and got them done at no cost. Irresponsible and Dangerous I had to bring in my Subaru because the passenger-side airbag had been recalled. The people at this dealership replaced the airbag, but they did somet I had to bring in my Subaru because the passenger-side airbag had been recalled. The people at this dealership replaced the airbag, but they did something to the engine, which they then denied, because seconds after driving out of the parking lot, the check engine light came on. I drove back in and they told me that there was oil on the spark plugs and the cylinders were misfiring. (The car had been driving fine for years up to now.) They told me I could either leave it with them for an exorbitant fee or drive it home. They assured me to do so was perfectly safe. Within ten miles, my engine was smoking and I was nearly killed by a truck. The people at this dealership are among the worst I have ever dealt with. Do not bring your car here. More
