I've had contact here with Nate at the service desk before and always find him focused, attentive, professional and easy to talk with. He explains well my options for service and/or repairs and is always good to work with. He goes over every item on the list, and he answers questions directly and informatively. Good Customer Service sells! I've always felt that Customer Service is an organization's secret weapon to gain more sales. -- if the customer gets to trust the individual they are dealing with, they are more likely to come back to buy another car when it's time. Nate Bernard, Rachel Hawkins , Dave & others at the Brattleboro Subaru Service Desk have always provided me with that kind of service, and this will be the dealership I come back to for a car when it's time. Friendly and accommodating! Zach and Christian were amazing!
