recent service I scheduled an appointment using the online service. I specified that I needed the 36,000 mile service and I selected the latest appointment, 4:30. I scheduled an appointment using the online service. I specified that I needed the 36,000 mile service and I selected the latest appointment, 4:30. When I arrived I was told that it wasn't possible to have that service done, as it requires two hours. Fortunately, they were able to squeeze in part of the service - the oil change and tire rotation. I appreciated how quickly they completed that work. They were helpful and fast. But the fact that I have to now schedule another appointment, and that I showed up expecting something that turned out to be impossible, was a bit frustrating. The system should be changed so that this time conflict doesn't happen, or at least I should have been notified prior to arriving that the time needed for the work required me to select an earlier time slot. More

Rude service advisor Dave at the service desk spoke to my wife in a very mean spirited manner. He also told us the car would be ready at "lunch time". To me that says 12:0 Dave at the service desk spoke to my wife in a very mean spirited manner. He also told us the car would be ready at "lunch time". To me that says 12:00 - 1:00. He stated later, in a very hostile manner, that it meant 12:30 - 4:00. And they were unable to fix the driver's window as we had requested. They had the car for 4 1/2 hours! Plus they did a specific service we had asked them not to do and charged us. More
