From start to finish they were amazing! I walked in the door at 10 am only knowing I wanted AWD and walked out at 2:30 with a Crosstrek that I'm in love with. Very adequate but-------- I am comparing this service with the service I got at Keene Suburu where I purchased my previous car. I found that the price for an oil change was hi I am comparing this service with the service I got at Keene Suburu where I purchased my previous car. I found that the price for an oil change was higher than what I previously had paid in Keene for what I believe was the same service. I did not get my tires rotated often in Keene and I am wondering if this is really necessary each time I go in for service. The people (person) who helped me in Brattleboro was very nice so I am very happy with the personnel.(do not remember his name) While waiting in the waiting room there did not seem to be any magazines to keep me occupied. Also there were no snacks like what were provided in Keene. You asked my opinion so I am giving it to you in an honest way. Nicole sold me my car and. was very easy to work with. More
