Rude service advisor Dave at the service desk spoke to my wife in a very mean spirited manner. He also told us the car would be ready at "lunch time". To me that says 12:0 Dave at the service desk spoke to my wife in a very mean spirited manner. He also told us the car would be ready at "lunch time". To me that says 12:00 - 1:00. He stated later, in a very hostile manner, that it meant 12:30 - 4:00. And they were unable to fix the driver's window as we had requested. They had the car for 4 1/2 hours! Plus they did a specific service we had asked them not to do and charged us. More

friendly, fair, and efficient I have to admit that I've never been fond of the car buying experience, but I found the process easy and painless to navigate at Brattleboro Subaru. I have to admit that I've never been fond of the car buying experience, but I found the process easy and painless to navigate at Brattleboro Subaru. Tom was clear, direct, and friendly, and my experience with Nizam was very positive (good sense of humor, and didn't go overboard with high pressure sales tactics). Bratt Subarua didn't have the exact car I wanted on their lot, but they were able to get what I needed in a short time frame and at a fair price. Also, the car was ready for me to pick up when they said it would be. Since my car had been totaled in an accident a couple of weeks prior to purchase of the new vehicle, I was pleased with the quick response to my vehicle requests. I have always found Bratt Subaru to be fair and direct--both in terms of their sales and service departments. After some negative prior experiences with other car dealerships (other than Subarau), I really appreciate the convenience of having a local dealer that inspires confidence and trust, and Brattleboro Subaru definitely falls into this category.
