I owned a Subaru Forester that was getting close to 5 years old, and my husband was driving me crazy about trading it in for a new one while it still I owned a Subaru Forester that was getting close to 5 years old, and my husband was driving me crazy about trading it in for a new one while it still had value and low miles. I resisted for a long time, but finally gave in, IF he could find a dealer to get exactly what I was looking for - namely, a hard to find color with all the options I wanted. I figured not he nor any dealer would be able to do it for an attractive price, and give me what my trade-in was worth. Much to my surprise, he worked a deal with Brattleboro Subaru. Mike and Marie made sure all my criteria were met, and offered a pretty good deal on top of it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a new Subaru without all the typical hassle that comes with buying a car. More

His professionalism was much appreciated and his honesty a breath of fresh air. It was a pleasure working with Tom during the purchasing process and I truly enjoyed my experience. He made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me to ask questions and voice my concerns. I felt completely supported and informed with my decision to purchase the 2015 Forester and Tom bent over backwards to make sure I was able to drive it home that evening. I also enjoyed a tour of the Service dept and how it's operated; where to park, key dropbox, courtesy pick up and drop off service, etc. Truth be told, I have always had good experiences purchasing new cars, but most of the Dealerships fell short in the service departments. However, I've only heard good things about Subaru's service dept and am looking forward to working with your service team.
