What might have been a scary and expensive nightmare was turned into a slight and bearable delay about half-way through a 265 mile drive. A quick diagnosis, a loaner, a plan for repair--all were efficiently, effectively and cheerfully arranged by Amanda. In addition to seeing to her professional responsibilities, Amanda undertook to assuage my worries--with direct, solid information about best and worst case scenarios, the odds of each and the potential cost in both dollars and time. She also helped me, an 82 year-old, to shift my baggage tothe loaner, programmed the GPS to get me to my destination in Vergennes, kept me apprised of developments while the repair/s were being done. Because of Amanda's admirable skills and generous spirit, I was able to enjoy a badly needed respite with friends. Though my Outback is 12 years old, I have driven it fewer than 100,000 miles. I enjoyed the new safety features of my loaner Crosstrek--blind spot camera and lane change beeps and may opt for a new car that has them, In the meantime I have confidence in my current ride--thanks to Brattleboro's repair crew and Amanda's good heart--both great comforts to this senior citizen drive. I came in without an appointment due to unexpected trouble while traveling to Vt from NJ. I was told that they were fully booked, but would try to fit my car in. When someone returned a loaner, they offered it to me, as they knew I had business I had to complete in the area. This allowed me take care of business for my elderly aunt, who needs help. There is not enough time or space to sing the praises of Jordan and the Subaru team in Brattleboro. When I thanked them profusely for their help, Jordan responded with, “When we say Subaru is all about the love, we mean it.” This, THIS is why I have a Subaru.
