I came in without an appointment due to unexpected trouble while traveling to Vt from NJ. I was told that they were fully booked, but would try to fit my car in. When someone returned a loaner, they offered it to me, as they knew I had business I had to complete in the area. This allowed me take care of business for my elderly aunt, who needs help. There is not enough time or space to sing the praises of Jordan and the Subaru team in Brattleboro. When I thanked them profusely for their help, Jordan responded with, “When we say Subaru is all about the love, we mean it.” This, THIS is why I have a Subaru. This is what customer service looks like. More
