It is always our goal to provide an exceptional experience. As a courtesy, and at no charge to our customers, we provide a multi-point inspection of items that can be visually seen; ie: lights, belts, hoses, filters, suspension parts, etc. to assure our customers are aware of any current or future maintenance or repairs needed. There is never any obligation or requirement to have any of these repairs or maintenance completed at the dealership. If in the future you do not want this complimentary service, just let us know and we will not perform. In relation to "My Dear" that was in no way meant to be derogatory or demeaning and the young lady who uses this term has always used it in terms or endearment. I have personally spoken with her and she will no longer be using this vernacular when speaking with customers.
