i like that I can take a different make of vehicle other than a Subaru here. I had never previously thought of this option before my daughter started working at Subaru and informed me that service techs are than a Subaru here. At the time I brought my GMC truck in for service there was a tech that had the knowledge and enthusiasm and experience to work on an old GMC. I am sure there are other owners as myself that had previously thought the make of vehicle has to get repaired at that make dealership. Maybe try to get the word out again that you provide service for all makes.Proof is in the pudding....I am sure that all the used cars on the lot have been through the Subaru service dept. before put on the lot. And the purchasers of those cars will be back for service at Brattleboro Subaru as well if needed. Thank you all. More

I am very appreciative of the loaner car availability as I have to be at work at 7. I did mention that I thought I had an issue with my back wiper motor and was disappointed that a second was needed to get I have to be at work at 7. I came in to get car keys re-programmed, including a replacement key. I found the process confusing and expensive (even with buying the replacement fob on line). When I came in for the reprogramming, I was not told the car would undergo an inspection (for potential service) and I found it intrusive to be informed that a checkover was done and that I needed a few new items, especially when called "My Dear" twice by the woman service assistant.
