I was disappointed at how long it took to get an appointment and the fact that additional work supposedly needed to be done. How would I know if the car had been sanitized? Service to auto was great however I waited in waiting room for over an hour AFTER the finish time on my car. The only thing separating me from clerk was glass wall with glass door.
