Forget about the stress of "playing games" to purchase a vehicle and worrying if you got screwed. She will take care of you presale and always after the sale. I think that she truly understands the importance of referrals and repeat sales and one shot "stick it to them" and done! Also Ryan Clothier, the service manager and his group are excellent on the service side. I had a major intermittent electrical issue with my Suburban that a another dealership could not figure out. Ryan determined that the only way to fix was to have it for a few extra days to troubleshoot. Marla hooked us up with a beautiful loaner vehicle so that Ryan and his guys could fix this correctly.
