My experience with Bravo Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Alhambra was extremely disturbing and disappointing. The dealership advertises vehicles with major discounts that appear very attractive online, but once y was extremely disturbing and disappointing. The dealership advertises vehicles with major discounts that appear very attractive online, but once you contact them or visit in person, the pricing changes dramatically. The advertised discounts do not reflect the real numbers customers are presented with. It feels intentionally misleading. This is not just frustrating — it wastes people’s time and creates false expectations. Customers drive long distances believing they are getting one price, only to be confronted with completely different terms and added conditions. Advertising should be clear, transparent, and honest. What I experienced felt like deceptive marketing designed to bring customers through the door under one impression and then switch the reality once they are engaged. Consumers deserve straightforward pricing, not games. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to demand a full written breakdown of the out-the-door price before stepping foot inside. Practices like this should be reviewed by the appropriate consumer protection authorities in California to ensure the public is not being misled. More

EMILY WAS REALLY HELPING ON THE PURCHASE OF A DURANGO THAT I WAS INTERESTED AND SHE TRIED HARD I WOULD RECOMEND HER 100% GOOD ATTITUDE WHICH IS A PLUS. You don’t question a customer with a personal decision so i started feel disrespectful by this ignorant that I don’t knw how he’s got that title as a floor manager yea I could of negotiated the payment alittle more but with his attitude and asking me what is the deal trading my current truck ?????? Went for oil change, and it took them 3 hours to tell me they couldn’t change the oil because there was a giant leak when they removed the filter. They claimed it wasn’t caused by them but that it wasn’t d they couldn’t change the oil because there was a giant leak when they removed the filter. They claimed it wasn’t caused by them but that it wasn’t drivable and I needed to change the coolant. They were nice and kind until I opened a case elsewhere to figure out if they were the ones at fault for the leak. When the other place took a visit to this location to understand how the leak happened. Giovanny Aguilera didn’t let him meet with the Service Manager. Fast forward today- 2 months later. This business never called them or me back, began to ghost me and block me. Will not cooperate nor help with the case and is now contradicting their story. When the supervisor talked to the service manager LA, he insulted me and laughed. This is now a case that we are escalating and not because of the money, but because I am disgusted at the discrimination, and the lack of cooperation as a business. I haven’t had this much anxiety since High School. To have adult business people treat me like this is wrong and sad. They respect and talk to a man differently and that alone is degrading. Shame on this place. More
