In need of a headlight pronto and that’s what I got. Super busy day at Bredeman Ford but when I phoned Mike Reyes,the Service manager, he was more then accommodating. He got me in and out quickly. Mike Reyes made it happen I made an appointment to have a factory safety recall completed. Upon arriving for the appointment they said it would take longer than scheduled. Mi I made an appointment to have a factory safety recall completed. Upon arriving for the appointment they said it would take longer than scheduled. Mike was over-the-top on dealing with the issue. He offered to have the dealership rent me a car for the night...but I rescheduled instead. Mike told me when I returned that I should speak with him and he would expedite the repair work since I had to make an extra trip. Arriving for the new appointment he immediately got service men working on the car and the work was completed in a shorter time than originally said. Mike is a man who will correct errors others make and get the work done. I would definitely return to Bredemann Ford. More
