They are truly the best service providers I've ever dealt with in all the years I've been buying cars. I just purchased a 2017 Ford Edge, replacing my 2012 Ford Edge. I didn't even consider another car or dealership. For me it's all about service and Bredemann Ford is lucky to have Chris Zelasko and Mike Reyes in their respective positions that provide first class service on a consistent basis. The other person I just want to say thank you to is Manual. He makes sure that when I pickup my car it is spotless. Thank You Manual!! More

Best service team ever! I stopped in without an appointment 45 minutes before closing- not something I usually do, so I fully expected to hear- 'come back another day or make I stopped in without an appointment 45 minutes before closing- not something I usually do, so I fully expected to hear- 'come back another day or make an appointment'- but instead they said, pull your car in!! We have a 2010 Ford Edge and the back seat belt wouldn't stay clicked in place. They checked it out while we waited & found a gum wrapper stuck in there.. they pulled it out, topped off fluids, checked the air pressure in the tires, and washed out very dirty car... for FREE!!!!!! The best part was how nice they all are!! Definitely going back and will buy our next car from this dealership!!!! Well done, Bredemann!! More

He was very informative during the process which brought me peace of mind and Chris went above and beyond in helping me get the repairs I needed while considering my budget. If you go to this location, you should ask for him. Everyone there is nice and professional but Chris Fanella is awesome and he will look out for you and he truly wants to help you get what you need.....because he's a great individual as well as a service director! I have brought my last 6 Fords I have owned to Bredemann for Service. I have not purchased a car from them since my father-in-law runs a car dealership in Milwaukee, WI. I was always fairly happy with the service I have done for the most part. They always provided me with a loaner, which I thought, was out of respect that a family member runs a Ford Dealership in Wisconsin. About 2.5 Years ago, I started having issues with the service provided on my vehicles. The first was a battery issue where they said they inspected my Ford Edge, but they allowed the battery to corrode the compartment, and than tried blaming it on me and wanted to charge me almost $2300 to fix it. I bring in my car ON TIME/ON MILEAGE for its service. It took me 3 hours of fighting with Joe Bredemann to get them to admit they didn't do good enough inspections, and than they proceeded to fix my car. Just this past week, I called to schedule a Works service and to check out my front right brake, which they replaced in January of Last year. They said, they will NOT PROVIDE A LOANER TO ME ANY MORE SINCE I DID NOT PURCHASE MY VEHICLE THERE. I didn't have time to wait for 1.5 hours for them to check my car, so I got into an argument with Jim in there service department. Jim than Transferred me to Steve the sales manager, and his excuse was that "this is Joe Bredemann's decision, and we have more important customers that purchased their automobiles from us, so why should they give me a loaner?". I mentioned that I have had service done here for almost 10-years now, to no avail. After arguing and being so mad, I called the Service Manager at Highland Park Ford and he had me bring my car in immediately after explaining the Brake Issue and the customer service issue at Bredemann. They provided me with a loaner at NO COST, WITHOUT ARGUEMENT! It ends up, that Bredemann really screwed up my brake work done in January of '15. They said it was covered under the warranty and fixed it. Also, I was getting close to needing new tires, so I decided to buy the complete set from them since they were so accommodating. They also did the Works oil change service and everything else. In summation, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ANY OF THE BREDEMANN DEALERSHIPS ESPECIALLY THE FORD ONE!!! THEY ARE RUDE, UNFEELING, BRUTAL PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. I WILL NEVER EVER GIVE THEM A REFERRAL AND EVEN THOUGH HP FORD IS OUT OF MY WAY GOING TO MY OFFICE, I WOULD RATHER BRING MY CAR TO A GAS STATION FOR SERVICE OVER THEM. DO NOT GO THERE, DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE A VEHICLE THERE!!! More

Service team did a great job I had dropped my car off to get the A/C blower fixed, an oil change and at the last moment asked if they did detailing. I have taken my car to get detailed at other places several times. I am a dog owner and long ago made the mistake of getting cloth seats instead of leather so my car seats just never look great. Mike Reyes, the assistant service manager did a good job of explaining the service and the costs so I knew what to expect and was a really nice person to work with. I picked up my car the next day, was charged less money than I was expecting and their detailing work was BY FAR the best my car has ever had. I could not get over how great it looked. We have gone to a few other service places over the years but as Ford owners, we are pretty sold on the ability of our local Ford dealer to do the best job on their own cars. Thanks everyone. More

Took my 2013 Ford Taurus SHO in for a leaking transmission and 5 months later my transmiss Having a bad experience with the service at Bredemann Ford. Took my 2013 Ford Taurus SHO in for a leaking transmission and 5 months later my transmission is still leaking. I opened up a case with Ford corporate and the service department is saying that there is no leak after they cleaned the oil off of the transmission. I can't recommend this dealership for service. More
