I drove in on a late Saturday afternoon in a snowstorm with a slow leak in my rear tire. I was simply looking for air to get home knowing it was late in the day. Chris was the only person I saw and insist with a slow leak in my rear tire. I was simply looking for air to get home knowing it was late in the day. Chris was the only person I saw and insisted on helping me looking out for my safety. He personally filled the tires, identified the leak and had it fixed while I warmed comfortably in the waiting room. I was on my way in 45 minutes safely in the snow and with a tire like new. I'm very grateful to Chris and Bredemann for the culture they exude with every visit of mine to the Glenview Ford store. My transmission failed late in the afternoon and called to make an appointment only to find out they were booked for a few days. Mike Reyes is the main reason I return to Bredemann Ford for service. He remembers my name and particulars about me and my car.
