They refused to work on my less then 4 week old, 2025 Prius Prime. The manager there, Andrew Maravola told me (more like yelled) “Toyota can’t make me work on a car I don’t want to work on. Now get out o Prius Prime. The manager there, Andrew Maravola told me (more like yelled) “Toyota can’t make me work on a car I don’t want to work on. Now get out of here.” “And “This is my business, and no one can make me work on a car I don’t want to work on.” I have no idea why he escalated so much. I am just a paying customer doing what the Toyota Brand Engagement Center told me to do, which was to go to another dealer to get a second opinion on an ongoing issue. Toyota Corporate has been of no help, either, saying they can’t ask dealers to work on their own cars. I got a non-apology from their GSM, with nothing offered to make it right, and a refusal to ever work on the car in the future as long as I own it. Moral of the story, like another reviewer here said, they will not honor the warranty unless they feel like it. And like many other reviewers mentioned, they are rude beyond belief. More

Family owned, local, many long term employees which is always a good sign. Large enough for good selection but small enough to be personal. Tire prices surprisingly competitive. These are complicated and emotional transactions. There is room for misunderstanding. They make efforts to communicate clearly and honestly, and you can trust their best intentions. More
