My husband is a mechanic and very detail-oriented, so we came in with technical and sometimes tricky questions. Joseph answered everything clearly and confidently — no guessing, no vague sales talk, just honest and straightforward information. We were braced for pushy sales tactics, based on our friends' dealership experiences, but instead the process was calm, patient, and completely no-xx! After past negative experiences at a nearby Toyota dealership, this was a refreshing change. Joseph is honest, approachable, and genuine — someone who clearly cares about doing the right thing. Integrity matters to us. Even though we received slightly lower offers elsewhere, we chose to return to Joseph because trust and character mean more than saving a little extra money. Bredemann overall also seems to have some experienced, and respectful staff, which says something about the management style - valuing long term customer satisfaction vs. immediate gains.
