I went in to buy a new Toyota Sienna and trade in the same vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with John Molina. John was terrific. John was great - he wasn't pushy and was pretty honest. My only issue is with the car buying process in general. It would be awesome if you could go into a place and be in an out in an hour, but I understand. John took good care of us and provided a great experience. Jesus Padir was the finance guy for us. He did a fantastic job and we were all on the same page. I'll be back time and time again as long as you keep Mike Schneider happy! I even put 5 stars on the price for my review, even though there is never a low enough price. I feel I could have haggled a little more, but I just wanted to get this thing done, so I'm happy. More

At Bredemann Toyota, our experience was, far and away, the best we have ever had at any brand dealer--anywhere--and over decades. Dave and Arnie presented as genuine human beings interested in meeting the customer's needs. Dave knows the Toyota products well, and he informed, educated, and counseled us in his role as sales person. It was clear that he was experienced, and we were the beneficiaries of his wisdom. We entered the dealership focused on a Highlander but unsure about which model. Dave Lurie and Arnie Rowen each exhibited great support, patience, and gave us plenty of elbow room as we contemplated and navigated the decision-making process. We test drove several vehicles and made two trips to Bredemann in the process. They were earnest in working with us to arrive at a mutually agreeable price point.
