The finance manager was tied up for 90 minutes with one customer -- we heard them talking about baseball -- while we cooled our heels trying to conclude a cash deal. We had written the check and were ready to go. I asked to see the manager who said he could do nothing for us?! because the other finance guy had gone to lunch. This was 3 p.m. and the place closes at 6 p.m.! We couldn't get anyone to finish the paperwork. This has not happened to me before. The next time I will walk away from the deal and go elsewhere. I'd done business with them before and we bought a car from them in 2007. What a different experience! I would say that more than the finance guy were out to lunch. Marilyn Moats Kennedy More
