Roger Diaz did a fantastic job of making a great deal happen for us. My only complaint is that the dealership didn't have a designated waiting area or a children's area, both of which or at least one happen for us. He was extraordinarily patient, was knowledgeable about the vehicle in which I was interested and answered all of my questions. He was professional and personable. Tran Nguygen in the finance department was also great to work with. I never felt a hard sell to buy additional coverage. I felt he was honest and had my best interest at heart. This has definitely NOT been my normal experience in dealing with a dealership finance department. What a breath of fresh air! I hope that when I need anything from the service team that my feelings remain the same. More
