Been going here for years on maintenance checks for both of my Toyota vehicles. I lost a hubcap on one car probably hitting a pothole in Chicago lovely streets. Bredemann Toyota attempted to charge me $78.9 of my Toyota vehicles. I lost a hubcap on one car probably hitting a pothole in Chicago lovely streets. Bredemann Toyota attempted to charge me $78.99 plus tax for a single hubcap. I expressed how outrageous the price was and showed them the identical hubcap online for $19.99. They refused to make any adjustment. These guys are outright crooks and way overcharge for parts as simple to find as a hubcap. I asked them to remove me from any phone call list as I will be bringing my Toyota vehicles elsewhere for service. Don't trust these crooks! More
Once again the Service Department and Shawn Holden has gone beyond the call of duty. I brought my car in after discovering the coolant was low and asked that Bredemann check to see if there are any leaks gone beyond the call of duty. They not only checked for coolant leaks, checked all fluids, oil, and tire pressure since it was such severe weather at NO CHARGE! (By the way no leaks found). He even handed me a car wash card since it was so cold they could not wash my car that day! Shawn wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable with my car in the bad weather and went the extra mile. I cannot tell you the value of “peace of mind” –thanks again Bredemann and Shawn –this renews my loyalty to Bredemann and Toyota. More
I bought my first Toyota in 2002 from Bredemann Toyota and four more after that, I also recommend to my sisters and brothers and they also bought their Toyotas there. Recently my wife and I went test dri and four more after that, I also recommend to my sisters and brothers and they also bought their Toyotas there. Recently my wife and I went test drive a Camry Hybrid with Dan Nozari and end up took one home because Dan has so much knowledge about the vehicle, he answered all my questions about the hybrid. Based on my past and recent experiences, I will give Dan Nozari and Bredemann Toyota 5 stars. More

After extensive research on vehicles and visiting other dealers, I purchased a vehicle from Bredemann. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealer. Hands down the best price by fa dealers, I purchased a vehicle from Bredemann. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealer. Hands down the best price by far. Every employee that I had contact with was great, and the process was unbelievably quick. After constant lies at other dealerships I will never purchase a vehicle from any other dealer. I have been a loyal customer of Bredemann Service for over 7 years but the past 2 years have not met my expectations. All started with two recalls, one on my Rav4 and another big one on my 2000 Tundra. i over 7 years but the past 2 years have not met my expectations. All started with two recalls, one on my Rav4 and another big one on my 2000 Tundra. it took two inspections to determine that each vehicle had recall issue based on the recall notice, very odd. Then the Tundra recall resulted in the need for a frame replacement. A quoted 4-6 week job took over 12 weeks. During which I had to ask for a new tech representative because the one I was assigned would not call me back or give me updates during the delayed process and repeatedly gave me bad information. Then once the frame arrived, it took only two days to swap it out, thhis makes me uneasy. After which I have had multiple complications with the truck, some of which Bredemann toook care of but they have been ongoing since and fail to get repaired lasting longer than a year. A customer should not have to expect to repair the same thing a year later, even on an older vehicle. Recenly they missed this simplest item, an brake light out, and proceeded to tell me that it was working when they inpsected it, simply untrue. On multiple occasions they have failed to complete work as promised and offer no eplanation or apologies for the mistakes and inconveniences. I still have a loud knocking noise under the truck when making sharp turns as a result of the frame replacement that has never been diagnosed. Very disappointed in Bredemann and Toyota as a whole. I purchased a new 2013 Toyota Highlander at Bredemann in Park Ridge. I have bought a number of cars in my lifetime and this is my first review. I decided to write this because this was my best car buying experience ever. The SUV I purchased is a heavily discounted base model. Doing my research beforehand I know the price is unbelievable. From the salesman Nester to Tran in financing and all other staff they were very polite and professional. I have a bankruptcy on my name and they still found me low financing (well under 5%). My whole process took two days as the dealership found me the color I wanted at another dealer and had it delivered the next day. The two visits I spent there I saw the salesmen tell other potential customers to stick with their current car as they would lose on trade in. Dealerships typically care to make a sale. These people want people you to be happy and not to regret the buy a few weeks later. I also have a 2012 Chevy Equionx that I service at Bredemann Chevy next door. That service department is great as well. They are on time and honest. I took my Chevy there two times and was very pleased. That was the main reason why I went to Bredemann Toyota. More

A few weeks ago I had to start searching for cars after mine was totaled. I loved my 2005 Toyota Highlander so much that I knew I had to have another. They are reliable, safe cars. I went to Bredemann on a Friday afternoon and met with Paul right away. He listened to everything I wanted and took me for a test drive. I then told him the color and all the accesories I wanted on the car. Paul and Don started searching right away for the perfect car for me. We then found the car not too far in Rockford. They proceeded to get the car transferred to the dealer and kept me informed of everything along the way. Bredemann Toyota knew that I was making a big purchase and they were great to work with every step. From Paul, Don, and Tran this was a great experience after the accident with my previous car. Since Toyota's are great cars, I know I won't need one for awhile, but I will always go to Bredemann and would recommend them to anyone. They have a large selection of all cars, a great service department and most importantly a great staff. Thank you Paul Costouros for all your help with both cars in my family! I love my new 4Runner!
