The service assistant was very courteous in letting us know of the risks in using the vehicle without replacement of required parts and be replaced. We received a great price with no hassle. Although, the specific vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, Syed promised they would be able to get it within 2 days, and he delivered! Syed was more than willing to stay several hours later than his normal hours, in order for us to pick up the car when it was convenient for us. Tran took us through the paperwork quickly and professionally. All in all this was the smoothest new car purchase I have ever had, and my 3rd with Bredemann Toyota.
