All is good during the sales negotiations, but don't believe everything you are promised. A year ago I purchased my Toyota Prius form Bredemann Toyota. Roger Diaz, my sales representative was kind, believe everything you are promised. A year ago I purchased my Toyota Prius form Bredemann Toyota. Roger Diaz, my sales representative was kind, courteous, and low key. It was a very pleasant experience. During our purchase negotiations I mentioned that service and the availability of a loaner car was very important to me. Roger assured me that a loaner car would be available every time I made an appointment for service at Bredemann Toyota. This clinched the deal. I was working with another dealer, they came in at a little lower price, but could not promise the availability of a loaner car. I went with Bredemann. Flash Forward. I make my appointment for service, and guess what, loaner cars are not available for routine maintenance. I contact Mr. Diaz, he talks with his manager. All are very apologetic, but no, I cannot get a loaner car as promised. Although the service seems timely and courteous, I am extremely disappointed that Bredemann Toyota did not keep the promise they made when I purchased the car. More

In terms of customer experience I have found Mr Vasquez, including the mechanics and other staff members, to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I have a 2006 Toyota Sienna and I have been going to this dealership for maintenance and repair. They do a thorough job of inspecting my car and making sure it is in top shape and safe to drive on the road. I have had bad experiences at other dealerships and commercial shops but none so far with Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge. They stand by their work and if something comes up, will fix it to your satisfaction. Of course, you will pay more at a dealership but that is balanced by excellent service and repair. Knowing that my car is in top shape gives me peace of mind and I believe that is what Bredemann Toyota provides. More
