Working with Bredemann for the purchase of our 2013 Sienna was a breeze! The customer service we received was fantastic - starting with our initial contact with Brian Monks, the sales manager. We were able to negotiate everything via email and phone, which allowed us to spend less time at the dealership (which was great since we were coming from the city and had three young children at home!). Once at the dealership we were impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the sales consultant, Angelo Beltrano, as well as the finance manager, Jack Prato. After completing all the necessary paperwork and reviewing all the features of the car, we were out of the dealership in less than 2 hours with our bran new Sienna. We will definitely be making the drive out to Park Ridge from the city for any service for the car, they were that good! We definitely recommend Bredemann Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota! More
I came in to get some work done on my car. As I drove into the garage, I was immediately greeted with smiles by Erick Rodriguez. I had been having a bad day and was dreading the unexpected money I had to spend to get my car fixed. Seeing Erick smile at me, lifted my mood. He was extremely helpful. He kept me updated on the work that was being done on my car, as I waited. He was also completely honest with me on the work that needed to get done on my car!! From my past experiences at other dealerships, the service writers would try to make me get a TON of work done on my car so that I spend a lot of money, but Erick was honest about the work I needed to get done immediately and told me what things I need to get done soon or in the near future. I appreciate that he didn't pressure me to buy other things. It's so annoying and frustrating when other dealerships keep telling me, "Oh you need to get this and this and this for your car," when I know a few things can wait. Because of Erick's honesty and friendliness, I would definitely come back to this dealership and specifically ask for Erick to assist me!!! I gave my overall experience, friendliness, and customer service a 5 because, Erick was friendly, honest, and easy to work with me. He answered all my questions and I could tell he knew a lot about cars. I gave the price a 4 because it was cheaper than what I have spent in the past, but of course, no one likes to lose money. I gave the quality of the work done on my car a 4 as well, because since it's only been a short time since I got work done on my car, I can't really rate it a 5 as yet. So far, so good. No problems. If nothing happens in a few more months, then I think I could rate the work a 5. More

Looking for a new minivan for our newly extended family of four (twin 9 mth old boys). Walked into the dealership on a Friday around 6:30pm after seeing 2 cars on their lot that fit the profile of what we of four (twin 9 mth old boys). Walked into the dealership on a Friday around 6:30pm after seeing 2 cars on their lot that fit the profile of what we were looking for. We were immediately told that "Sorry folks we are closed"- to our surprise, I thought this was a joke. No offer to take our information down, no "thanks for coming in...however...". I asked if he was kidding and he pointed to the hours on the door (which did state they closed at 6pm)- but the door was open, so we thought they were available. So because of this we go to turn around to leave and state under our breath that they must not have wanted a deal and head to another local dealer.... Great experience at the second dealership- they just didn't have what we were looking for. So the next Monday (after the weekend) we find sitters AGAIN and head back to Bredemann to see those two cars. We spoke with the salesman- told him we wanted the Sienna SE instead of the XLE and that we needed to stay under $500/mth. Knowing that we need to "work the numbers" he told me that he needs to call the banks in the AM to get financing and they would call us the next day. At the SAME TIME another salesman, takes the keys to show the SE to another party. He calls back today to let me know "Great news! We got you approved!" At first, I'm excited and then he tells me "well the SE was sold last night, but we can sell you the XLE and your payments would be $700 per month - we just need some paperwork from you" I WAS BLOWN AWAY- what part of (a) we were interested in the SE NOT the $3K more expensive XLE did you NOT understand and (b) what part of we need to stay under $500/mth did you not comprehend!? That's almost a mortgage payment!!! Factors of customer service to be learned here: - "Thanks for coming in folks. We happened to close early on Friday's but if you give me your information I can have a salesperson call you first thing tomorrow AM." - "We can hold the SE for your overnight until we can call the banks for more information." - "Good news and bad news...the car you wanted last night was sold. However, I WAS able to get you approved for financing, but we need to look at other cars that might fit your budget." - "Sorry we cannot meet your monthly payment on this car, but let's work together to see what cars we CAN put you in that you can afford." In this day & age- no one's credit is perfect, everyone has gone through rough times, and no one really wants to buy a new car. We are in a situation where we could have used some hand-holding or at the very least better customer service. At least, let me feel like my business was worth something and that you cared about our situation. Needless to say- I would NOT recommend this dealership!! Car buying is a pain in the @$$ already and going to a place like this makes it even harder and more stressful!!!! More

I was looking for a Prius and he made it possible for me to test drive a couple different models and he explained to me all the features of the car. He gave me a no-nonsense price, and told me to go home and think on it. He never pressured me in any way to buy a car then and there, nor did he pressure me to get options or features on my car that I did not want. I went back a few days later to purchase the car and Muhammed and Arnie Rowen, the sales manager, could not have been more accommodating and helpful in making sure I got a good price. The car I wanted was not at their lot, but they made sure to find the one I wanted and get it to their lot for me. Also, thanks to Jack Prato for making the financing part so easy. The entire process - of finding the right car, getting the right price, getting the best features and options, and financing the deal - was super smooth. I had such a great experience that my parents went back the next month to get a Camry Hybrid from Bredemann Toyota as well. Again, Muhammed was our go-to guy and he found the perfect car for my parents. They could not be more pleased with their purchase and with their experience. All in all I think Bredemann is a great place to buy a car - mostly because of the warm and friendly and helpful people who work here. They made me feel welcome and made me feel comfortable in making the right decision about such a big purchase. More
