Roger Diaz is very professional and is very helpful in the questions I have before and after I bought the 2008 Scion xD. There are two issues that I discovered on the car after I took delivery. My wife and I had decided to purchase a new car and decided on a Toyoda and Bredemann was the closet dealership to us. We had never been to this dealership before and did not know what to expect. We wanted to check out the hybrid models and decided to purchase at another dealership if they were "high pressure" or "jerky". In fact when we first met Paul we told him we would not be purchasing that day. Boy were we surprised! Paul was great to deal with and when we told him we would not be buying the first day his reply was "I'm here to help you any way I can". We left that first day without buying and Paul was true to his word and remained friendly and helpful. Between the first visit and our second visit we told Paul that we changed out mind about the model we wanted to consider and Paul's reply was "let me find the model you want and we'll go for a test drive." Again, Paul remained friendly and helpful at all times. At the end the end of the second visit we agreed to purchase a new car but Bredemann had to arrange a trade with another dealer and Paul told us it would take a day or two tops. The following Tuesday as promised we picked up the car. My wife and I would highly recommend Bredemann Toyoda to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyoda. More

I brought my Toyota in for regular service and to get the navigation DVD updated this morning. Joe and Erick were very accommodating and still gave me the loaner even though I came on the wrong day. Our minds quickly changed after Dan helped us to find the car which was perfect for our needs. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions honestly and completely. We had kept him well past closing hours but he never pointed that fact out or made us feel rushed. The purchase negotiations with Dan were refreshingly honest and straightforward - quite a switch from what we had experienced in the past. I took Dan up on his offer to assist me with some of the electronic features of the Venza and, again, he was completely helpful. We will definitely buy another car from Dan. More

Go somewhere else!!! Save yourself 4 hrs of hassle and waiting while getting nowhere near the amount of attention any new car buyer rightfully deserves. The only thing everyone in there seems to keep saying is "we've been here for a hundred years" and "we do things the right way" while showing no signs of how any business like this could be around for remotely close to that long. Half the dealership speaks broken English and the other half have better things to do than "deal with" customers. (just what I overheard from a sales person to the desk next to me). It shows! They would rather sit at their desks and play games on their cell phones. Not to mention, after being through the car buying experience several times, the finance department was the most painful I've ever had to deal with out of every single time! I've never had to wait so long and answer so many questions! EVER!!! Please, do yourself a favor and try one of the many other Toyota dealerships in Northwestern Illinois area. I took my $30K to Elmhurst Toyota and I've been happy ever since. Now that there's internet, I'd love to see Bredemann try to stay around for another hundred years. To xxxx with this place.
