Of course you still have to negotiate, but Gene didn't make us sit and wait for hours while we were going back and forth on the price. Then when we went into Jack's office to talk about financing, we weren't pressured into anything we didn't want. I feel like we got a fair deal on our new Prius C and we were in and out of there within about two hours from test drive through going out the door. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! More

Angelo was very patient with us while we took several weeks to decide between a Sienna and Highlander. When we finally decided on the Highlander he did his best with the pricing and trade-in. The service assistant was very courteous in letting us know of the risks in using the vehicle without replacement of required parts and be replaced. We received a great price with no hassle. Although, the specific vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, Syed promised they would be able to get it within 2 days, and he delivered! Syed was more than willing to stay several hours later than his normal hours, in order for us to pick up the car when it was convenient for us. Tran took us through the paperwork quickly and professionally. All in all this was the smoothest new car purchase I have ever had, and my 3rd with Bredemann Toyota.
