He made some suggestions as to optional items that I might consider having on the Highlander. He took extra time to make sure I understood where and how to operate the various dash/radio/navagational/lights/cruise & radio controls when I came in to pick up the vehicle. As I left the Bredemann Toyota I noticed that they had also given me a full tank of gas to enjoy my new car with. All in all a very positive car buying experience. More

David Lurie has a wonderful sales approach and made the car buying experience as painless as it could be for my Mom at 82 years of age. The last purchase of her vehicle was made by my Dad in 2003, prior t car buying experience as painless as it could be for my Mom at 82 years of age. The last purchase of her vehicle was made by my Dad in 2003, prior to his passing. She felt it necessary to visit the Toyota showroom and purchase a newer model of the same Toyota Camry. After test driving a Chevy, Toyota Corolla and the Camry, she decided that smaller is not necessarily a better option for her at this time. David was so accommodating and patient. My wife and I visited the dealership on a Sunday so as not to be pestered by a salesman. We found a vehicle of our liking in the rear lot and made a mental note of it. On Monday, August 5, I visited the dealership and spoke to Roger Diaz about putting a hold on the Rav4 until my wife arrived home from work. Roger accommodated this request and had the Rav4 ready for our inspection. We decided to make the purchase, negotiated a price, and found Roger and the dealership receptive to some other requests we asked to be added to the vehicle. The entire process took us beyond normal business hours, but without complaint, everyone stayed until we were completely satisfied and had left the lot. Some past experiences with car dealership have not been as pleasant as the one we had at Bredemann Toyota therefore, my next purchase will be at one of their dealerships. Roger Diaz, my sales representative was kind, courteous, and low key. It was a very pleasant experience. During our purchase negotiations I mentioned that service and the availability of a loaner car was very important to me. Roger assured me that a loaner car would be available every time I made an appointment for service at Bredemann Toyota. This clinched the deal. I was working with another dealer, they came in at a little lower price, but could not promise the availability of a loaner car. I went with Bredemann. Flash Forward. I make my appointment for service, and guess what, loaner cars are not available for routine maintenance. I contact Mr. Diaz, he talks with his manager. All are very apologetic, but no, I cannot get a loaner car as promised. Although the service seems timely and courteous, I am extremely disappointed that Bredemann Toyota did not keep the promise they made when I purchased the car. More
