Called internet sales about a CPO RAV4 that we are interested in. We were told to come by the dealership at about 1 p.m. and talk to Mike Szatmary (the manager). When we dropped by, he was nowhere to interested in. We were told to come by the dealership at about 1 p.m. and talk to Mike Szatmary (the manager). When we dropped by, he was nowhere to be found. After waiting for 30 minutes, one of the salesman (Joe Halpin) was nice enough to show us the car and let us test drove it. During the price negotiation phase, Mike Szatmary finally showed up. He was rude and condescending during the negotiation process. And when he gave us the incorrect information on the CPO coverage he started to throw a temper-tantrum and accused us of calling him a liar. If it is not because of Joe Halpin's patience and hard work, we would have walked out of the dealership immediately. This is a dealership that we will not patronize again. More

Yes Please tell us any additional comments about your recent service visit: Bredemann always treats me as if I'm special. Everyone in the Service Department is super friendly and helpful. I was there yesterday, 4/17/13 for the recall regarding the air bags. Of course, the vehicle had other issues as well, but I've had the car since 2002 and for the most part, it runs ok. If and whenever it's in the budget for me to purchase a new one, I will come back to Bredemann! More
