In terms of customer experience I have found Mr Vasquez, including the mechanics and other staff members, to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. They provide service in a timely including the mechanics and other staff members, to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. They provide service in a timely manner or if time becomes a factor, a loaner can be had if you so choose. The quality of work is solid. I have a 2006 Toyota Sienna and I have been going to this dealership for maintenance and repair. They do a thorough job of inspecting my car and making sure it is in top shape and safe to drive on the road. I have had bad experiences at other dealerships and commercial shops but none so far with Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge. They stand by their work and if something comes up, will fix it to your satisfaction. Of course, you will pay more at a dealership but that is balanced by excellent service and repair. Knowing that my car is in top shape gives me peace of mind and I believe that is what Bredemann Toyota provides. More
