I requested a online price for a 2020 Toyota Highlander hybrid, t I received a email stating the price was $35.459.00. I have purchased a vehicle here before and my wife’s contact information is also on fi hybrid, t I received a email stating the price was $35.459.00. A call was made to inquire if the Highlander had certain seating. I informed Yuri the sales consultant that I would counter the offer at $34,400.00(Have never purchased a car without countering a dealership’s final offer) Shortly after I received a email stating that I was given a incorrect number and that the true price of the vehicle is $38,318.00. I inquired with another dealership for the price of the same vehicle only this one is a 2021, not a 2020, the price before any further negotiations is $39,199. A difference of approximately $900.00 for a year newer model. More
