I was able to get in early for my service on my 2003, 200,000 mile 4Runner. Primary reason for coming in was an oil change-that was the only thing I had an issue with, when synthetic oil was used after I 200,000 mile 4Runner. Primary reason for coming in was an oil change-that was the only thing I had an issue with, when synthetic oil was used after I had specifically requested conventional Toyota 5W-20 or 30 oil per the owner's manual and the car's history. Otherwise, things went well, with the repairs to the radiator and front axle taking long enough that a free loaner was provided. I'll go back, but we'll talk about the oil again. More
