As for Joel--he was great, but it always seems like the service rep (be it Joel or any other "assigned" rep for my appt) is nowhere to be seen when my vehicle is done and I'm ready to get on my way. Gratefully, a neighboring rep stepped in and helped to get me on my way. Finally-- I think the pictures you send during the service appt are good to give me a view of anything that needs work on an update, but half the time I have no clue what I'm looking at. If there could just be one sentence included telling me what I'm looking at and whether there's an issue, that would be helpful. Instead, I'm like, "Yes, I can see that the suspension has some dirt on it. Thanks for sharing." More

We loved Mason. He gets a 5. We did not love Mehdi as much. Mehdi's sales tactics for the extended warranty mainly confused us and seemed to contradict what Mason to He gets a 5. He also made us second guess if we even really wanted that car after emphasizing all of the technology and hybrid stuff that was likely to break. At first, my experience was frustrating because even though they had done a factory reset for my software—the problem was not solved.
