Nate drove the vehicle. He confirmed it's not performing as it should. Josh tried to blame the new tires and alignment. It wasn't the tires. It's in the steering column. The oil drain plug was only finger tight so it leaked on our carport. I had to Jack up the car to crawl under to fix your sloppiness. I am 84 years old and had 4 back surgeries so this was not an easy fix our carport. I had to Jack up the car to crawl under to fix your sloppiness. I am 84 years old and had 4 back surgeries so this was not an easy fix. This is the second time for a loose drain plug from your business. I am NOT too happy! I better check the torquing of lug nuts from tire rotation. Can I trust you to do future work? I wonder. I worked with Preston Pulham, he was great. More
