We had an issue with a dent that we didn't catch when buying the car. We brought it back and you said they would replace the trim piece damaged. You ordered the part but never called back when the part w buying the car. We brought it back and you said they would replace the trim piece damaged. You ordered the part but never called back when the part was received. Not until we brought the car back to find the water leak into the passenger side of the car did the trim get replaced. But, you did not find the direct of the water leak. So the problem still is there. We just need to show it again when it rains hard. More

Once the service was completed i got a text my truck was ready. Initially, while making the appointment i was told i could wait for the service. when i got there they told me it was a long wait and longer t ready. Initially, while making the appointment i was told i could wait for the service. when i got there they told me it was a long wait and longer than expected. Once i got the text that it was ready, I started traveling from home to the delar, which was about an hour after i got the email that was ready and then got two subsequent messages, when on my way, to let me know the truck was not quite ready yet. Confusing and frustrating. More
