I worked directly with Ismail from the Sales team last month. He was easy to approach and communicate with. We quickly settled on a 2024 Landcruiser. First visit for brand new 4Runner Trailhunter service. Roof drip/finish molding had fallen off and requested they fix it. Service rep told us it was merely cosmetic, so they would not honor the new car warranty and wanted to charge us to reinstall what was clearly not installed properly from the factory. It may be mostly cosmetic, but it can affect wind noise, water channeling, and appearance AND we paid a lot for a new car that is under warranty. Not the right answer. Will not be returning to this dealership. More

Well I can understand why their is only a 2 1/2 star rating on Yelp. I needed 2 recalls, TWO! completed a service and other issues with parts rattling and falling off. No one would pick up a phone and rating on Yelp. I needed 2 recalls, TWO! completed a service and other issues with parts rattling and falling off. No one would pick up a phone and have a 30 second conversation with me instead it took all day to send three texts and was told that I would have pay for the repairs and then they would send it off to see about warrant coverage. I have a $75,000.00 Tundra that is less than 2 years old with 17000 miles that rattle's and is falling apart and I have to pay for it first then maybe warranty coverage? More

I Went to the dealership because my door has been stuck on childlock. They told me it would be around $160 just to be seen which was fine and if something needed to be fixed, they would apply that. I figured something was stuck and would needed to be released so I was happy to pay the $160. After having my car for almost 7 hours, they then gave me a report on the door that it would be $900+ to fix. That seemed a little bit crazy considering it's a newer car and I've never turned on Child lock before and it got stuck the one time I went to use it so I took it for a second opinion. When I went to get a second opinion, they had it fixed within 20 minutes. All that needed to be done was the child lock needed to be reset from inside the door. one click on the cable and it was fixed. They were so disgusted with you guys trying to dishonestly charge me for a new part that I didn't even need that they didn't even charge me. 20 minutes and I was on my way with a simple little reset. Super disappointing that you guys are so dishonest and wanted to charge me $900 for a part that I didn't even need. I thought I would get better service considering I bought the car brand new from you guys. I am in the market for the newest land cruiser and I will be driving past Brent brown and going to Toyota in bountiful in hopes that their service is much better and they are much more honest than Brent Brown is. super disappointed! More
