By the end of our time at the dealership, my dad had run out of questions and concerns, which is a feat unto itself. Jeff helped to break everything down so that I could understand what was going on. He was also super fast! We would have been in and out very quickly if our insurance hadn't mixed up my information, but he was also great with talking to them and straightening things out that I didn't understand how to fix.
