Great customer service! Hi, I have been looking for a year now for a used 4 Runner or Ford Explorer. Ford was out of my price range and so were new 4 Runners. I've seen a few used ones but not quite what I wanted. Over the last few months I was in contact with Bob McClain and even visited the dealership. I saw a 2012 4 Runner on line and went to see it last Friday When I went into the show room, I saw a beautiful black 4 Runner and assumed it was a 2015. It turned out to be the 2012 I was looking for! Yuri Lis waited on me as Bob McClain was off. Yuri has a lot of patience with me as we discussed the price and options. They took my trade for a test drive and brought it back washed and clean. Fair trade offer. Management offered a remote starter. That is excellent customer service.! I would recommend Yuri and Bob for any potential buyers You guys are great!. Thanks for all your help! More
