I had my 2006 Toyota Camry in for service to repair / replace fog light hangers that were ordered by the dealership, as well as a state inspection. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst auto service e replace fog light hangers that were ordered by the dealership, as well as a state inspection. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst auto service experiences I have ever had anywhere. I told the service advisor I was waiting which they confirmed in an Email as well as on my invoice. After sitting there for 3 hours, I checked in to see if there was a problem or what the status was. I was informed they forgot I was waiting, they had not ordered all of the required materials to repair the fog lights, and it would be a while before they replaced a bulb and rear sway bar bushings. After four and one-half (4.5) hours of waiting, they finally finished the state inspection. This was very shocking to me given my prior experiences with this dealership have been excellent. While the new dealership building and location are beautiful and state-of-the art, the service department has declined to an unsatisfactory level. More

There was a special annual car sale event taking place at our bank and many dealers from around Allegheny County were present. As I was leaving the event I ran into Devin Brennan from Kenny Ross Toyota and struck up a brief conversation with him concerning the 2012 Toyota Highlander. I liked the fact that he was very knowledgeable about the entire Toyota product line. I also thought his demeanor was professional and courteous; no hard sell tactics or gimmicky lines. We took a Highlander for a test drive and Devin told me about Kenny Ross’ great warranties and service plans. Devin spent a great deal of time with me that day, in the hot August afternoon sun, helping me decide on exactly the right model. Toyota, as I’m sure you already know, has a great product and Kenny Ross offers great service and warranties to back the product up. I felt like Devin knew the product would sell itself, so there was no need for him to be overly persuasive or pushy. Devin and his manager made me feel like they were very appreciative to have me as one of their new customers. The following week Devin gave me a call to see how I liked the vehicle and if I had any questions. Oh, by the way, I purchased the new 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited in Blizzard Pearl White. I love it. I may be in the market for another vehicle in the next year or so and I’ll certainly go see Devin Brennan at Kenny Ross before I go anywhere else. J. More

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from them and they just seem to get bett comfortable as the Moon Twp. Kenny Ross Toyota/Scion Dealership.
