Very happy with the service I received from Carlos our Salesman, never pushy. My husband and I just stopped in to have some work on our truck and 2 days later we had a new Venza. From the moment we walked through the door, we were pleased. We were not bombarded or "played" by tactics used at other dealerships. Adam was very considerate and LISTENED to us instead of trying to coerce us. Steve sought out the best deal possible with 0% financing, which really made us happy. We were there for about 4 hours which would make most people crazy but the kind, pleasant, atmosphere made for a very enjoyable experience. They were very accomodating and made sure our daughter had fresh popcorn to munch on during the wait. Both Adam and Steve stayed after hours on a holiday weekend to be sure we were satisfied. We WILL recommend Kenny Ross on University Drive to friends and family who are looking for an honest, sincere, hardworking dealership. More

I am always greeted in a friendly manner and asked how I can be helped. After explaining why I have visited the dealership they are very friendly and courteous and are happy to service my car. Ron answered all of our questions up front and was very easy going (which was what I liked). He didn't try and force us to buy anything, and only wanted to help. Two years ago I visited this dealership when I was about to end a lease. Despite our inability to make something "work" for a lease of a new Toyota, the salesman (Ron Schwartz) was incredibly helpful and g to end a lease. Despite our inability to make something "work" for a lease of a new Toyota, the salesman (Ron Schwartz) was incredibly helpful and gave me an excellent reason to return when my extended lease would end. Prior to stopping by Kenny Ross Toyota (45 minutes from my home), I had made many other stops. Most of those stops were unpleasant and certainly ones that I crossed off my list for future purchases. On my return to Kenny Ross in 2010, Ron was right there again with his friendly and helpful direction. I don't like being manipulated into a sale or, on the other hand, having my time wasted if there is no deal possible. Ron was very clear about what could work. While he was tied up with another customer, he had Justin help me. Justin was great. I too work in the transportation industry, and in contracts specifically. I know when someone is being two-faced only to make a sale. Justin seemed like a genuine friendly guy who is great at explaining details of the car. Steve helped us make the financial end work. Another great guy who obviously loves what he does. My wife and I highly recommend Kenny Ross Toyota - and not to be desparaging against the other fine sales people, but one would do well with Ron and Justin! More

I would like to thank the staff for such a great experience! My salesman, Tom, knew everything about the redesigned Sienna! He had prompt answers to any question I had. After Tom showed me all of the features and I knew that I was going to buy we went into David's office to hammer out the "nuts and bolts" of the transaction. David treated me with respect and was honest about the whole experience. I was pre-approved from my bank for what I thought was an unbelievable rate and David asked me that if his finance guy, Stephen, could beat my rate would I buy the van today.Stephen took 5 minutes and beat the rate by A lot! The whole experience was very enjoyable! This is my 4th brand new Toyota, all from different dealers. I have been told by other dealers that "It's a Toyota and that's what they cost" when I attempted to haggle for any kind of discount!! Kenny Ross was nothing like that at all! David understood that! David ensured that I was treated with respect by every member of the Kenny Ross Team and I would recommend this dealership to everyone because I know that I will be back for another Toyota from this dealer! More

We actually came to the dealership to obtain information about purchasing a Solara convertible. We were offered a very fair trade for our previous car, 2.9% financing on a used certificate automobile and a postive sales staff . Wow ---what a great combination. I went in looking for a Venza, everyone worked with me to try and get into my price range and you could tell they were trying hard. The showed me a Camry that was more in my budget with 0% apr.
