These guys made the new car buying experience pleasant, for the first time ever! THey were laid back, easy to talk to, funny, and didn't lay on the pressure. Our salesman Adam was very patient and helpful. No high pressure sales! He let us look at all the cars we were contemplating without trying to influence our choice. I think the main reason we ended up buying here (on the FIRST visit!) was the fact that these guys aren't the usual "car salesmen". When we had it down to the 2 final contenders we were presented with the info and financing on both so that we could compare and we ended up choosing a Toyota RAV. From the moment we walked through the door, we were pleased. We were not bombarded or "played" by tactics used at other dealerships. We were there for about 4 hours which would make most people crazy but the kind, pleasant, atmosphere made for a very enjoyable experience. They were very accomodating and made sure our daughter had fresh popcorn to munch on during the wait. Both Adam and Steve stayed after hours on a holiday weekend to be sure we were satisfied.
