I scheduled my first oil change through the app and was genuinely impressed—this was by far the quickest oil change I’ve ever experienced. At other dealerships, I’d wait for hours, but they had me in and o genuinely impressed—this was by far the quickest oil change I’ve ever experienced. At other dealerships, I’d wait for hours, but they had me in and out in under an hour! Kayla, the friendly service advisor, also let me know that since I’m from out of town, I can request a loaner vehicle next time. Highly recommend Brian Harris BMW for their efficient and thoughtful service! More

I have bought (2) cars (6) & (4) Series BMW from there at Brian Harris. It was so convenient about a couple of years ago. My Rear end Differential needed Repair. so I called for an Appointment, that was the Brian Harris. It was so convenient about a couple of years ago. My Rear end Differential needed Repair. so I called for an Appointment, that was the EASY part, what was the DIFFICULTY is Trying to get a Loaner car or transportation back within a (10) mile radius or to whatever destination. Good thing I have an Extended Warranty in which paid for my Repair and a Rental Car. Now my Service Advisor Ms Nathalie King was an Angel. She spoke with the mechanic to see if I could return on the day in which a Loaner could be given , in which it couldn’t, so she called for Clearance on the Warranty Repair and got me a Rental to return home until my car would be repaired. A problem solver INDEED. More

After traveling to Baton Rouge for an appointment, my 11 year old 535i began showing an urgent engine coolant message. I was so impressed with the video from the service tech, he explained every detail in a manner I could understand. The repairs were completed and I picked up my car just a few days later. Thank you all so very much. I will be back and plan on buying BMW # 3 ! More
