Great Mechanics Car broke down on a Friday evening (335d/90k miles) and was towed to the dealer. Saturday I was contacted by a service rep and said he would call me b Car broke down on a Friday evening (335d/90k miles) and was towed to the dealer. Saturday I was contacted by a service rep and said he would call me back, no call. I then spoke with the service team on Monday AM, an they called me back later that day and informed me what was wrong with the car. I asked to have the estimate emailed so I could review the $2.5k (I wasn't surprised, it was broken bad) total I was quoted. After a few phone calls with the team, I asked that since the car was torn apart they check over the hoses, and recommend any extra services for a 90k mile engine. I finally got the quote 24 hours later and approved the work. Wednesday part was ordered and installed Thursday. Overall, the service was good and they got it done before a major storm rolled into the area. But communication could've been a little better. I tried getting some additional services completed while my car was there, but I never heard anything back so I dropped the issue. Overall, I would recommend Brian Harris BMW. More

I turned in my lease vehicle practically in Brand new condition with only 8400 miles on it. The vehicle I leased was one of their if not their most expensive car they have. I had two issues with my lease vehicle that I tried to talk to them about and when I tried to talk to the Lease manager both times, he pretty much told me that that he had more things to do than to help me with my situation. The second time he told me that it was not his problem! I am so furious with this company. I have never been treated this way by any other dealership in my life and I have had cars from Audi, Merecedes, BMW and Lexus. I have paid too much money to BMW to be treated like I did. I had a similar problem with my Audi and their customer service was grand! We solved my issue without any problems. Beware of Brian Harris BMW and their lease options! They are not very helpful at all! More

Best Luxury car service Service called me to let me know that it was time to get maintenance done on my 750Li, and they put me on the schedule quickly. He also left a voicemail for me with his personal info for if I had any questions or concerns and to let me know that it was ready and had also been washed.
