I have been to this dealership four different times and have not had a good experience yet! each time I have asked for a particular service and have yet to receive it. I have also had the experience of having paid for a service I did not receive and when I brought it to the dealerships attention, they informed me that my entire unit was broken and needed to be replaced at a cost of $2500.00. I informed them the unit was working fine, it just needed updating. They told me they were not able to do the updating and my refund would be minus the cost of the part that was used to attempt the update. It was only because I was very adamant about not paying the cost, they finally deducted it from my final cost for the current work. I've made a decision to take my car an hour and a half away to another dealership to have my work done. This is the worst representation of a BMW dealership I have seen or had to experience. I've had my vehicle for over 8 years which I bought from BMW Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. I have never had, not one bad experience in the eight years I have dealt with this dealership! I also didn't pay for a high end vehicle to have such low-end customer service. More
Brian Harris BMW adopted new as a service customer 8 months ago. They did such a great job I had to get my 9th BMW in Baron Rouge . Carlly Boos , client advisor , Paul Macaluso, Sales Manager and Cliff months ago. They did such a great job I had to get my 9th BMW in Baron Rouge . Carlly Boos , client advisor , Paul Macaluso, Sales Manager and Cliff Edwards , Business Manager were all excellent and extremely professional. A special thanks to Elliot who cleaned my car before I drove it back to Metairie. I see the employees of this center as people who enjoy their jobs because their senior management recognizes one thing. Employee satisfaction equals customer satisfaction , a rule that most in the automotive retail industry could never learn. I met so many other members of the Harris team I wish I could mention them all. My advice , get a BMW from Brian Harris in Baton Rouge. Excellent facility, excellent product and most of all , excellent automotive professionals ..., keep up the great work guys ! More

Carly Boos was very patient with my husband and I while we shopped for two cars. She listened to our needs and concerns and really tried to put us in the cars that we loved.
