The staff was friendly and efficient and the I knew the service would be reliable with it being a Honda dealership. However, my oil light was not reset on the car to show the service was completed so that service would be reliable with it being a Honda dealership. My car also wasn't washed which I've come to expect with other Honda dealerships, so I was a bit disappointed with the overall service for the price. More

The longest service provided ever. I understood I didn’t have an appointment but customer service was the worse it took 3 1/2 hours to get the job done. When I asked how much longer wi I understood I didn’t have an appointment but customer service was the worse it took 3 1/2 hours to get the job done. When I asked how much longer will it take? He kept saying almost ready. I went to the service door and the Techs were on their phone. So wondering why it was taking so long. I was with my 11 months old baby and not even as a sympathy. Unfortunately I have to keep going there because my lease is there but I would definitely take it to Honda in miami lakes their services is impeccable! More
