Good service but slow. 4hrs for oil change and tire rotation that’s with an appointment. I arrived at 9am for an 9:15am appointment. I did not leave the dealership until almost 1:30pm. I understand it’s a dealership and not an in-n-out type of oil change place. Still 4hrs is unreasonable. Literally have to miss a day of work to get an oil change at Honda. They do a good job for the most part, but the wait almost overshadows everything. More
