Your concerns are absolutely valid, and it’s clear that we did not deliver the level of care and professionalism you should expect from us. At Brickell Honda, we are open 7 days a week because we understand how busy life can get — and we are here to serve you when it's most convenient. It is troubling to hear that you were discouraged from coming in on a Saturday and, even more so, that your concerns about your vehicle were dismissed. That is not the experience we aim to provide, and I truly regret that your issue was not properly addressed until later. You should never have left our facility with a dashboard alert still on. That it took a porter — rather than your advisor — to ensure your concern was taken seriously is unacceptable, and we are addressing this internally.
