These people are crooks, if they get a better deal even after solidifying a contract they will blow you off. I had a deal signed by the sales manager of the sleaze sales person, Jennifer Simon, and tried l after solidifying a contract they will blow you off. I was told just hold on and the finance department would call me as to how to close the deal and send the money, obviously a stall tactic while they tried to sell the car for more. NO ONE EVER called me back. Do not trust these people. More

BDC department lied to me and disregarded my concerns to get me to drive to the dealership.
