I drop off my card on my appt time 7:45am I call the dealer since 10am trying to speak to the advisor he never pick up the call. He finally called me at 12:15 to let me know the car was ready. Samantha was the first who meet me in Services for oil change and rotation, very nice attention from her, guide me to take a lift to home and when my car was ready she request another lift to pick me at h change and rotation, very nice attention from her, guide me to take a lift to home and when my car was ready she request another lift to pick me at home to get my car done. I arrived to get my car back from a service, and I found it parked at the corner of the street, right beneath a “NO PARKING” sign, where other cars had to do a tight turn to get into the street. I talked to the valet who kept saying “but I’ll bring it to you”. I said that I might get a ticket and he shrugged and said “then we’ll pay for it.” I left and he kept my receipt. I texted the service person I was dealing with to get a copy, and he never replied. When I complained earlier, he simply said “my car is also parked on the street.” More
