We had a great experience buying a new 2010 Honda CR-V last weekend for our daughter at Brickell Honda. From the moment we stepped through the doors at the dealership and introduced ourselves to Rick Barraza, one of the partners, we were treated wonderfully. He placed us in the very capable hands of Emil Kasumov, who took us for a test drive and patiently explained the many positive qualities of the CR-V to my daughter and me. When Emil had to attend business of his own, Mario Cinelli took over cheerfully, guiding us through negotiations. There was no pressure to buy immediately, and they expressed no disappointment that my wife needed just a bit more time to sift through the offer and the process. We visited another Honda dealer for a competitive comparison, but it wasn't long before we left and quickly returned to the friendly environment at Brickell Honda, where to my daughter's amazement and delight we selected her new car and consummated the deal with ease and confidence. The staff at Brickell Motor was very friendly. They were very attentive to all my needs. Roly Martines worked with my boyfriend and I for about 3 hours answering all of our questions regarding my want for a very attentive to all my needs. Overall they searched hard to find me the car so I could walk out with it the same day, yet it was not a possibility but they had it for me the next day and were very sweet in finding me a rental that I would enjoy for a day!
