I never had tried the Service Department at Brickell Motors before, but ever since I found out they serviced my Pontiac,I started going to this dealer on a monthly basis. The courtesy shuttle is somethi Motors before, but ever since I found out they serviced my Pontiac,I started going to this dealer on a monthly basis. The courtesy shuttle is something that I really am grateful for. I have used it when I leave my car for service and they've taken me back to work or home; which are within a 3-5 miles of the dealer. The dealer has a board detailing the prices of their service and of the competition, some services are cheaper elsewhere, but the convenience of their work schedule and outstanding Customer Care is what makes me return to the Brickell Motors Service Dept. Unfortunately I'm having several various problems with my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali XL. On average I end up visiting the service department at Brickell Motors at least once a month. It takes a lot of my valuable 2007 GMC Yukon Denali XL. On average I end up visiting the service department at Brickell Motors at least once a month. It takes a lot of my valuable time, energy and generally I'm very disappointed with the trucks' quality. The only thing that makes things better is the very high level of professionalism of the service team at Brickell Motors. I usually deal with Mariano Martinez and I'd say he is the most friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service representative I've ever met. He always does the best for me in the most timely manner possible. I would definitely recommend the dealerships' service dpt to anyone I know. More

Cuando mi esposo y Yo visitamos sus oficinas fué porque por motivos de que nuestro carro anterior (usado comprado a Uds) fué declarado perdida total, necesitamos cancelar la garantía extendida, y pensabamo por motivos de que nuestro carro anterior (usado comprado a Uds) fué declarado perdida total, necesitamos cancelar la garantía extendida, y pensabamos que por un largo tiemo Yo no podia tener de nuevo un carro. Pero doy gracias a Dios porque no solo nos ayudarón a conocer todo lo referente a los tramites que deben hacerse cuando hay perdia por accidente, sino que tambien nos dieron la oportunidad de salir de alli con un Fit Honda del 2009, ajustado a la nueva situacion nuestra. Gracias por toda su ayuda y no he dejado de hablar a otros de su atención y profesionalismo. Todavia podemos contar con lugares que presten un servicio de calidad y honestidad. Gracias Sr. Carlos Santos y al joven Mario porque en poco tiempo nos hicieron sentir su apoyo y deseo de ayudarnos. I Just want to say this was my very first car i was buying with not really good credit but Ernesto helped me get a great car in great condition.
