One of the worst experiences at a dealership! At Brickell Honda, I arrived on time for my official appointment at 10 a.m. and waited until 2 p.m. without being attended to. Meanwhile, they were bringing in and servicing walk-in customers who paid on the spot, and despite having an appointment and paying for the service, I had to wait hours without any justification! The cashier, Jhon Garcia, was disrespectful, rude, and highly unprofessional. He treated me with a dismissive attitude, ignored my questions, and extended the wait just to humiliate me and treat me like I was nobody. When I tried to question the lies and poor work they were doing, they responded badly and mistreated me, extending the wait time further. This place is a total mafia where only money matters. Customer service DOES NOT exist; they only seek to benefit those who pay immediately or their personal clients, regardless of respect or dignity for the new customer. A total embarrassment! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. They only want to steal your time and money, and they treat people like trash. I hope they take action and do something about employees abusing their positions for personal gain. More
