Honda you could’ve done better. As a loyal customer for many years I believe I could’ve gotten a better deal. Secondly, when I leased the new vehicle I was told that I would hav As a loyal customer for many years I believe I could’ve gotten a better deal. Secondly, when I leased the new vehicle I was told that I would have to make my first payment for the new vehicle that day and that I did not have to make the last payment for the old 2019 civic; however, Honda financial still deducted the payment for the old vehicle. Honda basically took over $600 from me in one month. I was then told that I would receive a check of the $266 that Honda took from me in a couple of weeks and it took basically 2 months to receive said check. Lastly, while at the dealer I was advised that they would remove the direct pay for the 2019 civic and be added to direct deposit for the new one and that was not done so I am now late to pay for the payment of November. Very frustrated and not happy. More

I went to pick up my car and it wasn’t ready. They were looking for it and couldn’t find it. One of the employees forcefully spoke to me saying my car was lost and he started charging at me. I was treated with no respect from the customer service outside. I have being taking my car to Brickell Honda for a long time. I did not like the experience this time and Won’t be going back. More
