Took 4 hrs for basic service WITH a prescheduled appointment at 10:45 am! Ugh! Didn't take my car to service bay until after 12:00 noon. Had appointment for oil change because of speacial for $54.95. When with the service agent, he tried to charge $69.95. Said no the reason why had made appointment was because of the special.
