Two stars for the service representative trying to help, but it was too little too late. Booked my appointment on the phone for an oil change and a tire warranty service (paid for the warranty). When I call but it was too little too late. Booked my appointment on the phone for an oil change and a tire warranty service (paid for the warranty). When I called the day before to confirm, they said they couldn’t find my appointment (because the girl on the phone booked my Accord service at Mazda Motors). Then they booked another appointment for the same services, and when I arrived the next day, they tell me they can’t do the tire warranty service because “You were (I WAS) supposed to call a number for the warranty”. This information was not provided by either of the reps that I spoke to before going. So in the end I wasted 70 miles on a trip to change my oil. Could’ve gone down the street for that. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get the curb rash fixed on my tires during my appointment. More
